Lors de cette dernière journée de ces championnats de France, Fabien a nagé le 50 NL.

Dès les 1/2 finales, Fab' a amélioré son meilleur chrono qui était de 21:97.

La finale du 50 dos a clôturé des championnats de France exceptionnels : 2 records du monde, 3 records d'Europe et 35 records de France. Le CN Marseille termine en tête de ces championnats avec 13 médailles d'or, 1 d'argent et 5 de bronze. Iront à Rome : 9 nageurs français, 1 nageur s'entrainant à Marseille mais étant licencié dans un autre club et 3 nageurs étrangers s'entrainant au CN Marseille. Le sprint est en très grande forme au CN. En effet, les marseillais représentent plus de la moitié du relais 4x100 NL qui est en effet composé de 4 marseillais (Fab', Fred Bousquet, Greg Mallet et William Meynard)

On pourra revoir Fab' lors de l'Open de Paris (du 19 au 21 juin 2009), aux jeux méditerranéens à Pescara en Italie (du 27 au 30 juin 2009) et lors des championnats du monde à Rome (du 27 juillet au 2 août 2009).

From 1/2 final, Fab ' improved his best stopwatch which was of 21:97.

Finale of 50 backstroke enclosed exceptional French championships: 2 world records, 3 records of Europe and 35 records of France. CN Marseille finishes at the head of these championships with 13 golden medals, 1 of silver and 5 of bronze. Will go to Rome: 9 French swimmers, 1 swimmer involving himself in Marseille but being dismissed in another club and 3 foreign swimmers involving themself in CN Marseille. The sprint is in very great form in the CN. Indeed, the marseillais represent more half of the relay 4x100 freestyle which indeed consists of 4 marseillais(Fab ', Fred Bousquet, Greg Mallet and William Meynard).

We can see again Fab ' during Open of Paris (fromJune 19th to 21st 2009), in the Mediterranean games to Pescara in Italy (from June 27th to 30th 2009) and during world championships in Rome (from July 27th to August 2nd, 2009).

Relais for ever

Que se soit en équipe de France ou, avec le CN Marseille, Fab' nage toujours avec plaisir un relais. Aujourd'hui, lors de la 4ème journée des championnats de France, Fab' et le relais 4x100 4 nages (Camille Lacourt, Maxime Bussière, William Meynard) ont battu le record de France avec un chrono de 3:34:63 (Fab a terminé lerelais avec un 100 NL en 47:06). Celui ci avait était établit par l'équipe nationale (dont faisait parti Fab') lors des derniers JO.
Les garçons du CN Marseille ont ils voulu copier les filles? En effet, le relais féminin 4x100 4 nages (Esther Baron, Andréa Baudry, Diane Bui Duyet, Angéla Tavernier) a lui aussi battu le record de France.

Today, during the 4th day French championships, Fab' and the relay 4x100 medley (Camille Lacourt, Maxime Bussière, William Meynard) beat the record of France with a stopwatch of 3:34: 63 (Fab finished the relay with a 100 freestyle in 47:06). The boys of the CN Marseille have they wanted to copy the girls? Indeed, the feminine relay 4x100 4 medley (Esther Baron, Andréa Baudry, Diane Bui Duyet, Angéla Tavernier) also beat the record of France .

3ème round : la finale

Après les 1/2 finale d'hier, la finale du 100 NL nous promettait un beau spectacle. Deuxième épreuve de l'après - midi, c'était la course attendue par tout le monde (nageurs, entraineur, public). Les gradins de la piscine Antigone étaient remplis. Et le bassin a donné son verdict : Fred Bousquet termine 1er de cette finale, c'est donc lui qui accompagnera Alain Bernard à Rome. Avec un chrono de 48:18, Fab' termine 5ème de cette finale,à 1/100 ème d'Amaury Leveaux. Il fera donc à nouveau parti du relais 4x100 NL, ce relais qui nous a offert tant de bonheur lors desJO de Pékin.
Mais les championnats ne sont pas finis...

After 1/2 finale of yesterday, the finale of 100 freestyle promised us a beautiful show. The second event of this afternoon, it was the running waited by everybody (swimmers, coach, public). The steps of the swimming pool Antigone were filled. And the gave its verdict: Fred Bousquet ends 1st of this finale, it is thus him who will accompany Alain Bernard in Rome.. He will thus make again party of the relay 4x100 freestyle, this relay which offered us so much happiness during the Olympics JO of Peking.
But championships are not finished...

2ème round :les 1/2 finales

Le 2ème round a eu lieu cet après -midi. Demi finale où Alain Bernard a battu le record du monde. Avec un chrono de 46:94, il est le 1er à descendre en dessous de la barre des 47 secondes.

Nageant dans la même demi finale qu'Alain Bernard, Fab' termine 3ème et réalise un chrono de 47:98, son meilleur temps. 4ème au classement général des demi finale, Fab' nagera demain après midi la finale qui nous promet un bon spectacle.

The 2nd round took place this afternoon. 1/2 final where Alain Bernard beat the world record. With a stopwatch of 46:94, he is the 1st has to go down below the bar from the 47 seconds.

Le 1er round du 100NL a été lancé ce matin avec les séries. Fab' nageait dans la 7ème série aux côtés de ses camarades de club Nabil KEBBAB et William MEYNARD.
Il finit premier de sa série, en 48:29 et se classe 3ème des séries, derrière Alain BERNARD et Amaury LEVEAUX et devant ses quatre amis de club : Gregory MALLET, Frédérick BOUSQUET, Nabil KEBBAB et William MEYNARD.
Le 2ème round aura lieu cette après - midi lors des demi - finale. Fab' nagera dans la 2ème demi - finale, vers 18h21, aux côtés d'Alain BERNARD, Frédérick BOUSQUET et William MEYNARD.

The 1st round of the 100 freestyle was launched this morning with the heats. Fab' swam in the 7th series at the sides of his friends of club Nabil KEBBAB and William MEYNARD.
He finishes first of his heat, in 48:29 and is classified 3rd of the series, behind Alain BERNARD and Amaury LEVEAUX and in front of his four friends of club: Gregory MALLET, Frédérick BOUSQUET, Nabil KEBBAB and William MEYNARD.
The 2nd round will take place this afternoon during the 1/2 final. Fab' will swim in the 2nd 1/2 finale, around 6:21 pm, at the sides of Alain BERNARD, Frédérick BOUSQUET and William MEYNARD.

Et c'est parti

Fab' a démarré ses championnats de France ce matin avec les séries du 50 pap. Nageant dans la dernière série aux côtés de ses camarades de club Rafael MUNOZ PEREZ et William MEYNARD. Avec un chrono de 23:71, il finit 2ème de sa série et se classe 4ème au classement général des séries. A noter au passage, qu'il améliore son record personnel (son meilleur temps était de 24:31 établit au championnat d'Espagne à Malaga le 05/04/2009).

Le grand rendez-vous du 100 NL étant prévu demain, Fab' a préféré déclaré forfait pour la demi-finale afin de se préparer pour demain.

Fab ' started his French championships this morning with the heats of 50 butterfly. Swimming in the last series at the sides of his companions of club Rafael MUNOZ PEREZ and William MEYNARD. With a stopwatch of 23:71, he finishes 2nd of his heat and is classified 4th in the general classification of the heats. To note , that he improves his personal record (his best time was 24:31 establishes in the championship from Spain to Malaga the 4/5/2009).
The important appointment of 100 freestyle being planned tomorrow, Fab ' prefers not to take part in the semi-final to get ready for tomorrow.

Et oui, le grand rendez - vous arrive enfin.... A partir de demain commencent les championnats de France à Montpellier,qualificatifs pour les mondiaux de cet été à Rome.

Fab' est engagé sur ces épreuves : 50,100 et 200 NL ainsi que le 50 pap.
